Practice Information

We are looking forward to our 2020 spring season. This is the second of several communications you will be receiving over the next few weeks. Each athlete will need the following to participate:

Equipment: All athletes should bring their own equipment including:

  • Field hockey stick
  • Shin guards
  • Goggles
  • Mouth guard 
  • Turf shoes/sneakers/cleats

Program Information

Spring 2020 Highlands Field Hockey Club Program for Grades K through 3

Highlands Field Hockey will be running a spring program that will focus on introducing field hockey to K through 3rd graders. Separate instruction will be provided for those who are new to the game and those who have playing experience. All skill levels are encouraged to play! 

Practice Dates/TimesPractice dates and times may change based on facility availability.

Location: Northern Highlands Regional High School, Allendale, NJ

Dates: Sundays (10:30am – 11:30am)

  • March: 29
  • April: 19, 26
  • May: 3, 17

Costs: $25

Equipment: All athletes should bring their own equipment including field hockey stick, shin guards, goggles, towel, water bottle, turf shoes/sneakers. Goalkeepers must bring their own equipment unless an arrangement is worked out with the coaching staff. Mouth guards are required.
